NuVox Communications is a facilities-based competitive local exchange carrier targeting small and medium-sized customers large enough to be served through T-1 level access in the Midwest and Southeast. NuVox has consistently achieved growth and improved operating performance organically as well as through strategic mergers. NuVox merged with NewSouth, a CLEC serving several Southeastern states, in May 2004 and Florida Digital Network, a CLEC largely serving Florida and Georgia, in May 2007.

Public Mobile
Public Mobile was formed in 2008 to launch an exciting, new unlimited wireless carrier in Canada. In the recent AWS auction, the company acquired wireless spectrum for service in prime Canadian markets including Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal. Public Mobile is currently planning its launch of services.
