M/C partnered with management to form CoreLink Data Centers LLC ("CDC") in late 2007 to pursue the long-term trend of outsourcing information technology to managed services data centers. Corelink focuses on identifying and acquiring colocation opportunities in geographical markets that have high growth potential and are currently underserved. To date, CDC acquired datacenter assets in Seattle, Las Vegas and Phoenix.

Legendary Pictures is an independent production company that was founded in June 2005 to create, develop, co-produce, co-finance and distribute major motion pictures through a unique strategic partnership with Warner Bros.

MetroPCS, Inc. (formerly General Wireless), was formed in 1994 to acquire PCS licenses, build PCS networks, and to provide wireless PCS services in large metropolitan areas.

Mobi PCS was formed for the purpose of acquiring the 30 MHz PCS C Block license covering Honolulu, HI. The license covers all of the island of Oahu in Hawaii, and includes the Honolulu, HI Basic Trading Area.

NuVox Communications is a facilities-based competitive local exchange carrier targeting small and medium-sized customers large enough to be served through T-1 level access in the Midwest and Southeast. NuVox has consistently achieved growth and improved operating performance organically as well as through strategic mergers. NuVox merged with NewSouth, a CLEC serving several Southeastern states, in May 2004 and Florida Digital Network, a CLEC largely serving Florida and Georgia, in May 2007.

Public Mobile was formed in 2008 to launch an exciting, new unlimited wireless carrier in Canada. In the recent AWS auction, the company acquired wireless spectrum for service in prime Canadian markets including Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal. Public Mobile is currently planning its launch of services.
